As a family company ourselves, we take pride in being able to say we source our tomatoes from a family-first, fresh-from-the-field company. Our dough recipe can be traced right back to the first pizza made when we opened our doors. Our carefully selected flour is what allows us to provide customers with a consistent, delicious product every time.
We source premium quality meats, many of which are Chicago-made. Our cheese-makers work for many months using multiple types of ovens to perfect our aged cheese. We are honored to provide a handmade product that you can bake in your own oven at home, and we hope you enjoy your piece of our 50-year legacy.
